In-Home Massage Therapy:
Millenia Preferred Nursing, a residential service agency with the
State of Maryland since 2001, has opened a new division of services
specifically designed for people in need of Massage Therapy who
either have difficulty or cannot leave the confines of their homes.
The Division of Allied Health Services has been created with Massage
Therapy as a treatment modality for chronic illnesses or the prevention
of acute and chronic illnesses.
Under the guidance of Herbert Arrington II, Director of Allied
Health Services, with over 25 years experience in Massage Therapy
and Naturopathy, our group of Certified Massage Therapists will
be scheduled to care for you within the comfort of your home. Consistent
and routine care can be set up to maintain optimum health for those
in need of this service.
Millenia Preferred Nursing, Allied Health Services Massage Therapists
will be recommended to you only after undergoing background checks,
reference checks and establishing a recommended 4 years of massage
experience to enter into our program.
Initial Assessments of at least 90 minutes will be performed at
a rate of $125.00. This assessment will include the collection of
your medical history, past surgeries, list of medications and any
medical conditions that may contraindicate the use of massage therapy
as an option for treatment and a massage session.
Follow-up treatments can be scheduled with the same Massage Therapist
giving you the benefit of consistency with your treatment plan.
The Massage Therapists can perform the following therapies: Swedish
Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Acupressure and Reflexology.
All treatments will be performed at a rate of $95.00 per hour. Reflexology
will be performed at $85.00 per hour.
Service areas include Howard County, Prince George County, Montgomery
County and Baltimore County.
Please contact Herbert Arrington II at 410-489-0734 Monday through
